I would like to welcome you to the world of Pink Glitter & Brass Knuckles. This has been a long time coming, I know. One small step for woman kind and a giant leap for Laurens everywhere! YEAH!
Some of you might be wondering what this blog is all about. Well, I wanted to create a space for women to gather information, share stories, offer funny comments, and just expand the conversation around female sexuality and empowerment. We are amazing, creative, funny, smart, curious creatures, and we deserve to be celebrated. This is a safe space to wear your party hat and shake your groove thang. No question is too silly and no story is too out there.
It took a lot of time and effort for me to figure out that sexuality is bigger than just sex or just an orgasm. It is so much bigger than that! Sexuality is in every aspect of who we are. It is how we celebrate ourselves, what makes us happy, what turns us on, how we express ourselves, how we feel about the world, and what makes us feel good. It is US! This revelation can be exciting, comforting, and maybe a little bit scary. It’s not something that we can hide from or put away, because it is a part of who we are. It is time to revel in that fact and walk down the path of sexual empowerment.
